How will I know what is going on?
A newsletter is published every two months which lists our programs and activities.
You may visit us on the internet at: www.wisdum.org or you may pick up a free newsletter Monday night at the WISDUM meeting.
How do I become a member?
There are no membership requirements. All singles are welcome to attend anything of interest in the newsletter, whether you participate in the Monday night program or not. To defray hall rental and speaker fees, a $3 donation at our Monday night meeting is greatly appreciated. Please do not stay away due to lack of funds. It is strictly voluntary.
Is WISDUM a dating service?
No, it is not. WISDUM is a Singles' Support Group.
I'm in a relationship, could I still attend WISDUM?
Where are the meetings held?
We meet every Monday night at Governor Hill Mansion, 136 State Street which is located across from the District Court House. When you drive into our parking lot, enter the building thru the door at the top of the deck. You will be welcomed and we will provide you with a name tag and newsletter.
Please come at least four times to the Monday night meeting since the program on any one night might not be exactly what you need, but the variety and support are there.
Directions to Governor Hill Mansion: From I-95 take exit 109 East onto Western Ave. Drive approximately one mile to the rotary. Continue 3/4 around circle and follow signs to Belgrade - you will make a right turn onto State Street. The Mansion parking lot is on your immediate left across from the District Court House parking lot. Please enter the side door . The meeting is held in the Columbus Hall at the end of the hall on your left.
